Metro Ratings Package: The Metro Rankings Package is one of the centerpieces of Maximus Advisors product offering. This package includes:
1. Our bi-annual Metro Economy and Property Ratings, which provides our analysis and outlook of the property segments of each of the 50 major US markets.
2. Updates in the intervening quarters on overall US commercial property conditions and how the major markets are faring.

REIT Fundamentals Evaluator: This product offers REIT investors a tool for their selection and disposition decisions. Real estate fundamentals play an important part in a REIT’s financial performance and hence its stock valuation. This report analyzes each REIT’s market exposure through a prism of property segment outlook, rent growth, market volatility, market long-term growth potential, portfolio diversification, as well as several financial indicators. The resulting score provides guidance as to potential appreciation potential or vulnerability to underperformance.';
Construction Industry Analysis and Forecast Report Package: One of the cornerstones of Maximus Advisors product offerings, this package includes:
1. Maximus Advisors quarterly Construction Industry Analysis and Forecast, which offers timely analysis and reliable forecasts of construction activity, focusing on homebuilding, remodeling, commercial, institutional and infrastructure construction.
2. Maximus Advisors US Housing Signal Watch, which is designed to alert our clients to changes in US housing market conditions before they become widely recognized.

Portfolio Analytics: Our experience in real estate portfolio analysis includes both gauging risk/reward characteristics and the prospective performance of existing portfolios and helping clients to identify and build a real estate portfolio that best suits their preferences. The cost of portfolio analysis depends on the size and scope of the portfolio and will be determined among with the client prior to undertaking the project.

Conferences/Presentations: he senior principals of Maximus Advisors have years of experience speaking on macro real estate conditions, individual market dynamics, and real estate allocation. We are pleased to participate in conferences and presentations and meet with our subscriber’s clients.
Maximus Advisors principals are also available to participate in our clients internal meetings involving transactions, investment committees, strategic planning or board presentations.
Peter Muoio, Ph.D.: Peter Muoio, Ph.D. is Managing Principal of Maximus Advisors. Immediately prior to forming Maximus Advisors, Dr. Muoio was a Managing Director and Global Head of Deutsche Bank\'s Real Estate Research group with teams in New York, London, Frankfurt and Sydney. Additionally, Dr. Muoio is a regular guest lecturer at the NYU Real Estate Institute, focusing on regional and market analysis and real estate finance. He speaks regularly at company-specific and industry conferences.
Previously, Dr. Muoio was an instructor at Hofstra University where he taught Industrial Organization. Prior to that, he worked as a Research Associate at the WEFA Group, an economic consulting firm. Dr. Muoio received his Ph.D. from Duke University in 1988, where he was awarded the James B. Duke Fellowship. He received a B.A. Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981, where he was awarded the Bernard Shanbaum Award for Excellence in Economics.'
Frank Nitschke: Frank Nitschke is Principal of Maximus Advisors. Immediately prior to forming Maximus Advisors, Mr. Nitschke was a Vice President for Deutsche Bank in the Global Real Estate Research Group. Mr. Nitschke was recruited out of college into the Bankers Trust Financial Services Training program. Mr. Nitschke received an Executive M.B.A from New York University\'s Stern School of Business, where he was awarded the distinction of Stern Scholar. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers College in Economics and a Minor in Statistics (1993). He was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and graduated with Honors.';
Tim Gunthel^Tim Gunthel is Principal of Maximus Advisors. Prior to starting Maximus, Timothy Gunthel worked with Deutsche Bank\'s global real estate research team as a published research analyst. Previously, Timothy worked with the Community Preservation Corporation, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to rehabilitate antiquated housing stock in depressed urban neighborhoods. Timothy Gunthel received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from New York University\'s Metropolitan Studies Department.';
Richard "Dick" Gunthel^Richard "Dick" Gunthel is a founding partner of True North Management Group a real estate investment firm that seeks to establish equity and high yield investment platforms that offer the highest risk adjusted return opportunities in the real estate sector.\n\nPrior to this, Richard Gunthel was a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate in Deutsche Asset Management He managed its global activity, unifying Deutsche Asset Management\'s regional real estate investment management businesses, globalized a common brand, acquired RREEF in April 2002, and developed new products for the inbound and outbound capital flows of the combined organization.\n\nPreviously, he headed the Global Real Estate Investment Banking and Financial Institutions Groups at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director and Global Head of the Real Estate Finance Group at Bankers Trust, which he formed in 1983. He joined BT in 1969.\n\nGunthel serves on the Board of the Community Preservation Corporation and is a member of the Real Estate Round Table and the Urban Land Institute. He serves on the Wharton Real Estate Advisory Board. He is a past trustee of Gettysburg College. Gunthel received a B.A. from Gettysburg College and an M.B.A. from Hofstra University.';
Howard F. Guja^Howard F. Guja President and CEO of Roebling Advisors LLC, which he formed in 2000. Mr. Guja is financial advisor to real estate companies with regard to accessing private and public capital. Since forming Roebling Advisors he has closed in excess of $1 billion in transactions, including: the privatization of Castle and Cook Homes, the merger of Newmark and Engle homes, and the sale of Dole Food\'s Cerveceria Hondurena bottling plant in Honduras, South America. \n\nPrior to forming Roebling Advisors, Mr. Guja was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Guja\'s career spanned 27 years at Bankers Trust Company and subsequently Deutsche Bank after the firms merged. During that time he served in various capacities, including Senior Officer in charge of Real Estate Origination and Finance (Southeast US), Real Estate Capital Markets for the Global Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown Inc, Real Estate Advisory and New Business Development, and headed the Real Estate Investment Trust and Homebuilding initiatives.';
